What's included
Midi lists semaglutide as a "GLP-1 Injectable" on its pricing page, with eleven doses in four price bands. The lowest band, 0.1 to 0.5 mg, is $166 per four-week supply. Prices step up at 0.75 mg, 1.75 mg and 2.5 mg. Each price already covers shipping and supplies.
Visits are separate from the medication. A first visit is 30 minutes and a returning visit 15 minutes. With in-network insurance they're covered, subject to your plan's deductible and copays. Without it, each has its own cash rate.
Midi's clinicians write the prescription and a partner compounding pharmacy fills it. Midi calls those pharmacies licensed and 503A-accredited. There's also a sublingual GLP-1 that dissolves under the tongue, and Midi can send brand-name GLP-1 prescriptions to a pharmacy you choose.
