What's included
RxPepsDirect only charges for the medical visit: a flat fee per order that covers the provider review and the prescription. Optimal Balance Pharmacy, a 503A compounding pharmacy in Texas, bills you separately for the vial at wholesale and adds a flat FedEx overnight shipping fee per order.
The semaglutide is compounded with vitamin B12. A 1.2 mg starter vial is a 30-day supply at 0.15 mg per injection, twice a week. The concentration steps up monthly, and each step's vial price is printed on the product page, up to an 11.2 mg maintenance vial from month six.
Vials arrive already mixed, in a reusable cooled travel case, with syringes and a unit conversion table. Eagle Analytical Services, an independent lab in Houston, tests every batch for sterility and endotoxin, and the reports are posted on the product page.
