Compounded semaglutide
RNK Health review
RNK Health advertises semaglutide at $197, but that figure is a one-time discount on your first charge. After it, the subscription renews at $247 every 28 days, which works out to about $269 a month. Workout and nutrition plans come bundled with the medication.
Is it right for you?
Worth a look if
- You want custom workout and nutrition plans packaged with your semaglutide.
- You like a reminder email a week before each renewal, with the option to pause or skip.
- You're comfortable with a subscription that keeps billing until you cancel.
Skip it if
- You expect the advertised $197 to be your regular price.
- You want the option of a refund if the medication doesn't suit you.
What's included
The semaglutide plan covers the provider consultation, the compounded medication, syringes and wipes, and shipping. RNK also adds custom workout and nutrition plans, guidance on keeping muscle while you lose weight, and a support line open around the clock.
RNK's own team includes Dr. Jeff Pavell, a musculoskeletal specialist, cardiologist Dr. Nate E. Lebowitz and fitness coach Noah Oliff Lieberman. Prescribing runs through its medical partners, OpenLoop Health and MD Integrations.
An independent pharmacy in Springville, Utah prepares and ships the medication. RNK says some formulas are heat-stable and ship without ice packs.
From sign-up to refills
- Take the three-question quiz on RNK's semaglutide page, then finish the medical intake.
- Pay the discounted first charge of $197. RNK's refund policy says clinical services begin as soon as you submit the intake form.
- A licensed provider reviews your answers. If you don't qualify, the subscription is canceled and the unused portion is refunded.
- The pharmacy ships your first supply. Later shipments need a periodic refill form, and billing continues while that form is pending.
- Seven days before each renewal, RNK emails the amount and date, with links to pause, skip or cancel.
What's good, what isn't
What's good
- Each RNK Health plan adds custom workout and nutrition plans to the semaglutide at no extra charge.
- RNK emails you 7 days before every renewal with the amount, the date and a way to skip it.
- You can pause or skip a month in the RNK portal instead of canceling outright.
What isn't
- The $197 RNK Health headline covers one charge only; every renewal after it costs $247.
- Cancellation must reach RNK at least 72 hours before the billing date, or that charge still goes through.
- Once you submit the RNK intake form, the fee is final, apart from a medical denial or a damaged order.
Read these terms first
- The 30-day guarantee
- The funnel page promises results in 30 days or you don't pay. The refund policy says dissatisfaction with results is not grounds for a refund. Ask RNK which one applies before you sign up.
- Pharmacy charges
- RNK's terms say its access fees are separate from any product, dispensing or shipping fees the pharmacy may charge. Check the checkout total for anything added.
- Damaged deliveries
- Report damaged or wrong medication within 7 days of delivery, with photos. RNK replaces it by default and refunds only if a replacement can't be sent.
