Choose Semaglutide Injection on Next Vial's GLP-1 page and four plans appear. The 1 Month plan is $199 and billed monthly. The 3, 6 and 12 month plans are paid as one total and bring the monthly rate down. The page calls it one all-in price for whatever dose your provider sets.

Next Vial is a marketplace, not a clinic. Its provider network is MD Integrations, and its FAQ names Manifest Pharmacy in Greer, South Carolina, as the pharmacy that may fill your prescription. The FAQ also says a doctor can send the prescription to your local pharmacy, though Next Vial can't promise the price there.

Each order includes ongoing provider care, a syringe and alcohol pad kit, and access to the patient portal. There's no monthly membership fee on top.

From sign-up to refills

  2. Answer the medical questionnaire online. State rules mean you may also upload a photo ID and a picture of yourself.
  3. A U.S. doctor usually replies within about 24 hours. Some states require a video visit or live chat first.
