Is it right for you?

Worth a look if

  • You'd like to see the dose plan before signing up. PrescribedRX lists five steps, from 0.22 mg a week to 2.22 mg.
  • You want clinician visits without a per-visit fee, since they're unlimited on the plan.
  • You don't want to book lab work before starting, which PrescribedRX doesn't require for semaglutide.

Skip it if

  • You live in Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina or West Virginia.
  • You'd rather have one charge per calendar month than every 20 days.

What's included

One $189 charge pays for the semaglutide, unlimited clinician visits, lab orders, shipping and your patient portal. The help center describes the subscription as all-inclusive. PrescribedRX also advertises the same price at every dose.

Its help center lays out the ladder: 0.22, 0.44, 0.89, 1.5 and 2.22 mg once a week, rising no more than every 4 weeks. With a BMI between 25 and 27, the top dose is 0.89 mg. Maintenance can taper down to a 0.125 mg microdose.

Prescriptions come from licensed clinicians at a third-party medical group, and licensed compounding pharmacies make the medicine. PrescribedRX itself doesn't dispense anything, and the pharmacy isn't named on the site.

From sign-up to refills

  1. Begin the quiz. The opening page wants contact details and your state, and it mentions an introductory discount on the first order.
  2. A clinician reviews your history, generally in 1 to 3 business days. Residents of 13 states, such as Idaho and Maine, need a live visit.
  3. Once semaglutide is prescribed, the pharmacy fills it and ships in insulated packaging. Transit runs 3 to 7 business days.
  4. Your card is charged again every 20 days from the day you enrolled. The billing date is fixed.
  5. Stop the plan in your portal under Profile, then Cancel Plan, ahead of the renewal.

What's good, what isn't

What's good

  • PrescribedRX covers lab orders, shipping and unlimited clinician visits inside the $189 charge.
  • A published semaglutide ladder, 0.22 mg up to 2.22 mg, shows where your dose is heading.
  • The purchase terms promise a full, fee-free refund if a PrescribedRX clinician declines treatment.

What isn't

  • Semaglutide isn't available from PrescribedRX in Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina or West Virginia.
  • Billing every 20 days means roughly 18 charges of $189 a year, where monthly billing would mean 12.
  • Once medication ships, PrescribedRX's refund policy treats its cost as non-refundable.

The new-patient bundle
The semaglutide plans page features a two-months-plus-one-free offer for new users. Its product listing says that bundle renews every 10 weeks.
Refund timing
