Three 503A compounding pharmacies fill orders, including Drug Crafters and Boudreaux's New Drug Store. Depending on the pharmacy, the semaglutide comes with vitamin B12 or with glycine. Prescribing providers work through LocumTele, the medical group PreventiveMD partners with.
From sign-up to refills
- Pick semaglutide and a plan length, and add a preferred starting dose if you have one. Checkout holds the amount on your card without charging it.
- Complete the medical questionnaire. No labs are needed to start.
- A provider reviews it by message, usually within 24 to 48 hours, and prescribes if it's appropriate. That's when the charge goes through.
- The pharmacy takes 3 to 5 business days, then ships the vial cold by overnight or 2-day delivery.
