What's included
A homekit is one month of semaglutide/B12 combination injections, four in all, with syringes, alcohol pads and physician access. VitaStir sells the kits by month number. Month 1 is 0.25 mg per shot, and the dose climbs through months 2, 3 and 4.
Five kits are listed, ending with a maintenance kit that VitaStir says can continue for up to eight months. The maintenance kit brings a month to about $447 with shipping. Tirzepatide from the same clinic starts at about $175 a month.
Kits leave the pharmacy after 1 to 3 days of processing and travel by UPS in a cold pack. VitaStir's FAQ says the medication keeps for up to 7 days at room temperature, but asks you to refrigerate it on arrival.
