What's included
Vyora lists six semaglutide strengths, 0.25, 0.5, 1, 1.7, 2 and 2.4 mg, all at $299 a month. The FAQ says your cost stays the same as doses change. Shipping is added at checkout and repeats with each monthly renewal.
The monthly fee also buys GLP-1 nutrition guidance, a coach available 24/7 and access to a private community. Medication comes from licensed 503A pharmacies in the U.S., which Vyora says are LegitScript certified.
To start standard dosing you need a BMI of 25 or higher. Patients already on treatment can continue down to a BMI of 23, when the provider may discuss a maintenance dose.
