What's included

LIV's semaglutide comes from Logos Pharmacy, which ships it in discreet packaging from Tampa, Florida, by FedEx. LIV says it contracts only with licensed 503A compounding pharmacies or FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facilities. The brand is a sister of WellNow Urgent Care, and both are owned by licensed physicians.

From sign-up to refills

  1. Fill out the eligibility form. You'll need to be 18 or older with a BMI of 30, or 27 with a condition such as high cholesterol or hypertension.
  2. If you have questions first, the form lets you book one free guest visit with a provider before you sign up.
  3. A provider reviews your answers online. Video visits aren't required, though the provider will reach out if something needs discussing.
  4. Once your prescription is approved, allow 5 to 7 business days for the shipment. FedEx emails you when it's on the way.
  5. Pay month by month, or pay for 3 months upfront to lower the monthly cost.
