Compounded semaglutide
Longevixx review
The $149 that Longevixx advertises for semaglutide is an introductory first month. After it, the regular charge is $199, taken every 30 days, or roughly $202 per calendar month. One flat price covers every dose, and an applicant who isn't approved pays nothing.
Is it right for you?
Worth a look if
- You want a supervised weekly injection with direct messaging to your provider between check-ins.
- You like knowing a dose increase won't raise the bill.
- You'd rather not pay anything until a provider has said yes.
Skip it if
- You want to choose the pharmacy that fills your prescription.
- Your budget depends on the first-month figure lasting beyond month one.
- You want the option to send back unopened medication for a refund.
What's included
Semaglutide is Longevixx's foundational program: a weekly injection with provider-directed dosing. The flat-rate plan includes the compounded medication, a dedicated clinician, check-ins on a set schedule and secure portal messaging. Longevixx says there are no consultation charges and no surcharges when the dose changes.
Orders arrive in temperature-controlled, unmarked packaging, sent straight from a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy. Longevixx is only the platform. Independent providers prescribe, and the pharmacy dispenses. The terms make you waive the right to fill the prescription at a pharmacy of your own choosing.
From sign-up to refills
- Take the eligibility assessment online. The program is aimed at adults 18 and over with a BMI of 27 or more, or 25 with a weight-related condition.
- Answer the health questions honestly. A personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN 2 rules semaglutide out, as does pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- A licensed provider reviews the file. Nothing is charged unless you're approved.
- Your first month is billed at $149, then each renewal at $199 every 30 days until you cancel.
- Longevixx sends an electronic notice 5 to 7 days before every charge, plus a receipt once it goes through.
What's good, what isn't
What's good
- Every semaglutide dose costs the same $199, and Longevixx lists no consultation charge.
- Applicants a provider turns down pay nothing, according to Longevixx's own homepage.
- The first month runs $149, which trims what a trial of Longevixx costs up front.
What isn't
- The $149 opening price lasts one month, and Longevixx then bills $199 per cycle.
- Longevixx bills every 30 days, not on a set calendar date, so each renewal lands slightly earlier in the month.
- Under Longevixx's refund policy, prescription products can't be returned and dispensed medication isn't refunded.
Read these terms first
- Notice before canceling
- The terms allow canceling up to 48 hours before the processing date, by turning off auto-refill in the portal. The program page's FAQ says 30 days' notice. Give yourself the longer window.
- Changing your mind on day one
- You have 24 hours to cancel a first prescription order, as long as the provider network hasn't received it yet.
- Your state
- You must be physically in the same state as your shipping address when you consult. Availability depends on state rules and can change.
