Month one works differently. A single initial visit fee pays for your evaluation and includes the first month of semaglutide, and the monthly rate begins in month two.
The medication is a weekly injection sourced from licensed compounding pharmacies. Rivas sends it with the supplies you need to inject at home. If you'd rather have Wegovy, the provider can send a prescription to NovoCare or your local pharmacy instead.
