Compounded semaglutide
RxPros review
RxPros bills $106 a month for its semaglutide with B12, and that figure covers the doctor visit, the medication and overnight shipping at any dose. The lower $100 on its homepage is the rate for paying a year ahead. The bigger decision is the commitment: every semaglutide program runs at least three months.
Is it right for you?
Worth a look if
- You want one monthly figure that doesn't rise when your dose goes up.
- You're sure about at least three months of treatment and would rather receive the supply in one shipment.
- You like vitamin B12 blended into the same vial.
Skip it if
- You want to be able to stop after the first month.
- You want to know which pharmacy fills your prescription before you pay.
- You'd rather not have B12 in your semaglutide.
What's included
RxPros sells one semaglutide product, which it calls Semaglutide Plus+. It's compounded semaglutide with cyanocobalamin, a form of vitamin B12, and the same price applies at every strength up to 2.5 mg. RxPros says its compounded GLP-1s are made from the base form of the drug, not a salt form.
The monthly payment includes the doctor visit, the medication and cold-packed overnight shipping. There's no membership charge. RxPros always ships a three-month supply with syringes and alcohol swabs, and you pay for it in monthly installments.
RxPros doesn't name its pharmacies. Its software picks one based on your location, order volume, shipping times and pricing, so you can't choose. After checkout you can add Zofran for nausea or extra B12.
From sign-up to refills
- Take the online quiz. It asks about your goals, height and weight, sleep, current medications and medical history.
- A licensed provider reviews your answers. RxPros says prescriptions are approved within 24 hours.
- The pharmacy fills the order and ships it overnight in a cold pack, Monday through Thursday only. Orders usually ship within 72 hours.
- Your card is charged each month for the three-month minimum and keeps renewing after that until you cancel.
- Message the care team through the patient portal or by text if your dose needs changing.
What's good, what isn't
What's good
- One price at every strength up to 2.5 mg, and RxPros says it never charges more for a higher dose.
- Doctor visit, B12-blended medication and overnight cold-pack shipping all sit inside the $106 monthly charge.
- If the RxPros provider declines your prescription, the refund policy promises a full refund with no administrative fee.
What isn't
- A 3-month minimum applies, and leaving early costs the full retail price of the months left.
- The $100 homepage figure needs a year paid ahead, so month-to-month buyers pay $106.
- Canceling before your consultation still costs an RxPros administrative fee, and after a prescription the order is final.
Read these terms first
- The three-month commitment
- RxPros dispenses three months of medication up front, so you agree to the full term even when you pay monthly. The dashboard only lets you cancel after the minimum term ends.
- Which price your checkout shows
- The homepage, the product page and the quiz each show a different semaglutide figure. Check the amount and how often it bills on your own checkout screen before paying.
- Mistakes cost extra
- A wrong shipping address or a change of medication after the order reaches the pharmacy carries a reprocessing fee. Double-check both before you submit.
- Disputes
- Contact support before filing a chargeback. RxPros says a chargeback filed without contacting it first can add a processing fee to your account.

Common questions about RxPros
- Is RxPros legit?
- RxPros LLC is a telehealth company that connects you with board-certified doctors and ships from 503A compounding pharmacies. It says it holds LegitScript certification. Its semaglutide is compounded, so it is not Wegovy or Ozempic and is not FDA-approved, as its own pages state.
- How much is RxPros semaglutide per month?
- $106 a month at any dose, with the doctor visit and shipping included. The $100 figure on the homepage is the monthly rate when you pay annually.
- Does RxPros take insurance?
- No. RxPros is cash-pay and says no insurance is required.
- Can you cancel RxPros?
- Yes, but not right away. Semaglutide programs carry a three-month minimum, and you can cancel from your dashboard once it ends. Canceling early triggers a fee equal to the remaining months at full retail price.
