Your card sees two amounts. One is the semaglutide at $139 a month for the low-mid doses. The other is the self-pay membership for visits, chat with your care team and the app. Shapely's pricing section says membership is required to access medications and that it covers none of them.
Per the help center, the low-mid price runs from 0.25 mg to 1.25 mg a week. From 1.5 mg to 2.5 mg a week the medication costs more, and the month comes to about $278. Alcohol pads, syringes and two-day shipping are included at either level.
Prescriptions go to 503A compounding pharmacies or 503B outsourcing facilities. Shapely names BPI, ProRX, VitalRX, Red Rock Pharmacy and OptioRX, and it can route your prescription to another licensed compounder at your request.
