Do Ro, Hims, Hers and WeightWatchers sell compounded semaglutide?

Hims and Hers: not advertised, not gone¹

Hims’s old compounded-semaglutide page now redirects to a grid of brand-name drugs only: the Wegovy pill and pen, the Ozempic pill and pen, Zepbound, Foundayo and Mounjaro. Each is priced for the medication alone, with “An active Hims Weight Loss Membership is required ($39 for the first month, auto-renews at $149/month thereafter).” Hers, the same company, shows the same lineup.

The company’s own investor announcements say what the shopping pages do not. In March 2026 it said it would “offer compounded semaglutide through the platform on a limited scale”, would “no longer advertise compounded GLP-1 offerings”, and that existing patients would be able to move to approved medicines. Its second-quarter results in August repeated that it offers “access to compounded GLP-1 medications through our platform on a limited scale.” So compounded semaglutide at Hims & Hers exists, but it is not something you can find, choose or price on either site.

WeightWatchers: stopped, and said so²

The clearest statement of the four, from its own blog: “Following the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) decision that the shortage of semaglutide injectable products has been resolved, WeightWatchers is no longer offering access to compounded semaglutide.” It now sells semaglutide only under brand names — “Self Pay option available for Ozempic and Wegovy Starting at $199/month” — through a Med+ membership that costs $25 for the first month on a 6- or 12-month plan, then $74 or $84 a month.

Ro: brand names only³

Ro lists the Wegovy pill (“Starting at … $149 /mo”), the Wegovy pen (“Starting at … $199 /mo”) and Ozempic, with a membership billed separately — $39 the first month, then $74 to $149 a month. Its old compounded-semaglutide address redirects to a quiz. Its terms, revised April 2026, still carry a line that members “may be prescribed compounded medication during national drug shortages” — conditional on a shortage FDA declared resolved in February 2025.

The brand route, and its price⁴

Through any of these three companies, semaglutide is two charges: the drug from $149 or $199 a month at the starting doses they advertise, and a membership of up to $149 a month. The median compounded semaglutide month in this index is $199, usually with nothing charged on top.
